How much does membership cost?
Membership is priced at Β£2,500 per year, billed annually on a 12-month commitment.
Can I access super-cars and premium vehicles without a deposit?
Yes. Members have full access to the entire fleet, including luxury saloons, SUVs, and super-cars, with no deposit required.
Can I request a vehicle not listed on the website?Β
Yes. Members have the exclusive benefit of requesting any vehicle at no extra charge. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is availability guaranteed during busy periods?Β
Yes. Members benefit from priority availability and fixed pricing during high-demand dates, major events, and peak travel seasons.
Who will be my chauffeur?Β
Members are allocated preferred senior chauffeurs, selected based on your personal preferences and travel profile, ensuring a consistent and familiar experience. You may request a different chauffeur or communicate any specific requirements at any time.

What does the lifestyle concierge service include?Β
Beyond transport, members can request assistance with restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, events, and other lifestyle arrangements, all managed through one channel.
How do I apply for membership?Β

Can I cancel my membership early?Β
No. Once active, the membership cannot be cancelled within the 12-month term.
Does membership auto-renew after 12 months?Β
No. There is no automatic renewal or ongoing commitment. At the end of your 12-month term, you are free to decide whether you wish to continue.
Is there a trial period?Β
We do not currently offer a membership trial period. However, all of our services are available to book individually so you can experience the quality of our offering before committing.
Does the Β£2,500 annual fee count as credit toward journeys?Β
No. The annual fee grants access to all membership perks and benefits; it is not applied as credit toward individual bookings.
Is VAT included in the annual membership price?Β
No. VAT is charged in addition to the Β£2,500 annual fee.
Can the membership be used for guests, family, or colleagues?Β
The membership is personal and the named member must be present for all bookings. In the event that the member is not present, the booking may be cancelled and will be non-refundable. If you are interested in a group or corporate plan, please get in touch at info@llccars.co.uk.
What locations and geographies are covered?Β
Membership perks for chauffeuring and self-drive are currently applicable within the UK only. The lifestyle concierge service, however, can be used worldwide.
How soon does membership become active after applying?Β
Following your application, we will be in touch to gather further details and better understand your needs. This is followed by a short interview. Once completed, please allow up to one month for your membership to be processed and activated. Please note that if you have not previously used our services, the review process may take a little longer.
