Vehicle FAQ

What vehicle colours does LLC offer?

LLC vehicles are currently black, but alternate colours are available on request.

What luggage capacity does LLC offer?

Mercedes Benz S-Class & E-Class holds 3 large luggage.
Mercedes Benz V-Class holds 4 large luggage.
Rolls Royce Ghost holds 3 large luggage.

What age will my car be?

LLC luxury vehicles are less than 3 years old.

Do LLC cars have multi media entertainment?

All LLC vehicles have in car multi media entertainment, please advise your chauffeur of your preference. Some of our vehicles have DVD players but all have In-Car hotspot Wi-Fi. If you would like on-board entertainment, please specify it on your booking.

Do you provide phone chargers?

Car-chargers for Blackberries, iPhones and other mobile phones are available on request.

Do you operate a non smoking policy?

Absolutely! If you are a smoker, please advise your chauffeur if you require smoking breaks.

Do you provide bottled mineral water in the vehicle?

Yes, we provide complimentary bottled mineral water in our vehicles.

Do you allow eating on board?

Water is allowed for consumption in vehicles, but we do not permit eating.

Chauffeur and Driver FAQ

Will my chauffeur wear a tie and suit?

Always. LLC chauffeurs have a high standard of dress.

Will my chauffeur talk to me?

All of our chauffeurs are courteous and polite at all times. If you have any questions and or requests for your chauffeur, they will be happy to respond.

Will my chauffeur open the door for me?

Absolutely, our chauffeurs are always courteous and are aware of their passengers safety.

Will my chauffeur respect my privacy?

Yes, all our chauffeurs are discreet and have signed confidentiality agreements with LLC. What is discussed in the car, remains private.

Will my chauffeur make calls using his mobile phone?

No. This is against the law. Your chauffeur will refrain from talking or sending SMS on their mobile phones until after you have departed.

Will my chauffeur help me with my luggage?

Of coarse, your chauffeur will always assist you in carrying your luggage.

Will the chauffeur ever speed?

Never. Our chauffeurs are professional law abiding drivers who never speed on the roads.

Will the chauffeur drive with alertness and consideration?

Your chauffeur is all about providing a safe and enjoyable experience and drives according to road conditions, traffic, and within the legal speed limits.

General & Booking FAQ

Booking method

When do I need to book?

We suggest that you make your LLC booking as soon as you know your travel plans or have confirmation of your itinerary. We accept last minute bookings up to a few hours before the estimated time of arrival, however, we cannot guarantee that one of our vehicles will be available to collect you during our peak periods.

Setting up an invoice or an account

Yes, we will set up a business account for you. You may be invoiced per trip or on a monthly cycle if you will require regular chauffeuring services. Please let us know your preferred form of invoicing.

When should I pay for my booking?

LLC requires 25% deposit to secure your booking and the remainder is debited 7 days from your account prior to your journey. If your booking is last minute, we will charge all payments before the trip begins.

Does LLC notify me when my car arrives?

Yes, your chauffeur can either SMS or call you when they arrive. They can come to your pick up address in person or wait with a name-board. Please let us know your requirements upon booking.

Is it possible to pay for more than one journey without the waiting time?

Yes, at LLC we like to offer convenience within your booking.

Are baby seats provided?

Yes, we provide baby and child seats at no extra charge. Please request them with your booking. As always, you are responsible for fitting your little ones in accordance to the law.

Are young children considered passengers?

Yes, all children are considered passengers.

Airport FAQ

How will I recognize my chauffeur at the airport?

Once clearing customs, your chauffeur will be waiting for you holding a name-board. The chauffeur will also send you an SMS just before flight landing, if you have provided a mobile contact number. If you have not yet met your chauffeur, please check your chauffeur’s mobile telephone number on your booking confirmation form.

If my flight is arrives early will my chauffeur be there?

Yes, our chauffeurs monitor all flights from the ground, and do their best to arrive early.

What should I do if my flight is seriously delayed and I don’t have updated flight details?

Just email or call us and send us any new details as they emerge.

How long does it take to get from Heathrow or Gatwick Airport into Central London?

From Heathrow to Central London it takes 60 minutes. From Gatwick to Central London takes 80 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

What happens if my flight details change?

Please call or email us and we will update your booking with the new flight details.

Will I be charged for tolls and parking?

We do not include parking and tolls with your order, they will be added to your final invoice but are minimal charges.

How many hours before my flight should I arrive at the terminal?

Most airlines recommend that you should arrive 2-3 hours before your flight, unless you are on a domestic flight which is 2 hours.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Your chauffeur monitors your flight and arrives half an hour after your flight has landed to reduce waiting time. If for any reason you experience additional delays at baggage pick up or customs, waiting time is charged at an hourly rate.

Do you have a price list?

Yes.

Does LLC reward regular clients?

We value your business and we do offer discounts for repeat clients and multiple vehicle bookings. Please speak to our team about this.

Is VAT included?

VAT is extra at 20%.

Are extra charges applied at Christmas/New Year and bank holidays?

LLC has additional charges for on Christmas day and New Year’s Day. Please speak to our team about any additional holiday charges.

Is there an additional charge when entering the congestion zone?

No, there is no extra charge as all our vehicles are PCO registered.

Will my vehicle be safe?

Safety is our main priority. All LLC vehicles have 6 monthly MOT’s. They all receive regular servicing in line with the manufacturers’ requirements. All chauffeurs are responsible for checking the oil, coolants and tyre pressure on a daily basis.

Will my vehicle have umbrellas available just in case it rains?

Yes.

Will my vehicle be clean?

Yes, all LLC vehicles are maintained/valeted on a daily basis.

Will I be charged for waiting time?

LLC generally offers 15 minutes free waiting time and 30 minutes free waiting time on airport pick-ups. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic delays, additional waiting time costs will be applied. These costs will vary depending on vehicle choice.

Weddings FAQ

Can LLC offer an alternative car for the wedding reception?

Yes, LLC offers this service at an additional cost.

Can I book several trips fur my wedding guests?

Our wedding cars are booked in blocks of time and are available to you throughout the duration of your wedding day. They are available for photographs and multiple journeys for other wedding guests. If you require additional time, you will be charged at an hourly rate which we then divide into 15 minute segments.
